Gabriela and Joanna were so helpful and friendly, they were able to communicate our wishes to Taxi drivers and gave us very good advice on places of interest to visit while we were in Poland, they made our stay very welcoming and we were very Happy there. the staff were very helpfull and friendly and spoke good English. Would return again.

Breakfast was quite good and various, but on the whole accomodation price is too high for the hotel in general, especially as for Bielsko-Biala

We booked a lovely room with a garden view and it was absolutely wonderful. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short distance from the main tourist attractions and the city center. The breakfast included in our stay was delicious and had a great variety of hot and cold dishes. our experience at Parkhotel Vienna was fantastic and we would definitely recommend it.

Very comfortable bed and bath, excellent room layout with plenty of space in both the sleeping and bath areas. Well maintained. Location just 500 m from relative's flat. On-site parking. Large, bright dining area for breakfast.
Initially had problems with the lights continually going out because of the energy savings timer but the staff was very responsive and took care of it immediately.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, always going above and beyond to assist with anything I needed. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathroom was a great size. The location was ideal, as it was very close to the city center and within walking distance to downtown.
